Latar belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman :

1. Pendidikan teknis minimum S-1 dalam bidang keuangan atau akuntansi.
2. Pemahaman mengenai standar akuntansi di Indonesia
3. Pemahaman mengenai sistem keuangan dan akuntansi (komputerisasi)
4. Pemahaman mengenai perpajakan
5. Pemahaman mengenai treasury
6. Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun variabel dalam mengelola keuangan di industri keuangan, consumer goods, atau manufaktur.
